In addition to the fine art prints for sale, we do scanning, image editing, and printing on a custom basis for other photographers. 

Scanning:  Most all scans are done “wet” on an Epson 750M Pro.  If the material is exceptionally clean some costs may be saved by “dry” scanning.  Normal dust spotting is considered to be part of routine scanning and is performed at no additional cost.  Negatives and transparencies that are damaged or require cleaning will be priced by the hour as editing. 

Negatives and transparencies: $55.00 to 8.5x11 plus $.40/mb over 50mb

Reflective material:                  $55.00 to 8.5x11 plus $.40/mb over 50mb

For reflective material over 8.5x11 we use and recommend ArtScans

Image Editing:  We accept files in most uncompressed formats.  Send 360 dpi, flattened file on CD or DVD.

If your files need conversion, layout, formating, or preparation, $50/Hr. is charged additionally.

Retouching - $25/quarter hour.

CD burning - $20

DVD burning - $35

Printing: All printing done here is currently limited to 17” wide.  Epson K3 inks are used exclusively as are archival papers.  For larger prints we use and recommend Nash Editions.  Files must be 360dpi at size and cropped as needed.  Proofing is a normal part of the process unless you have special requirements.  We require a 50% deposit and proof approval .

We print on Somerset Velvet, Ultra Smooth Fine Art, Premium Luster, and Epsom Exhibition Fiber

Prints run from $40.00 for 8.5x11 to $105.00 for 17x22 and vary slightly with the cost of paper.
